Termtek Computer Co., Ltd was founded in Dec, 1990 by Mr. Charry Yang and a group of talented, enterprising engineers that had great enthusiasm for the microcomputer architecture. With solid R&D expertise plus over a decade of experience Termtek was destined to play an important role in general purpose terminal industry worldwide. Sensing the booming wave of thin client computing in post-PC era, Termtek had devoted its full endeavor to develop complete technology geared to the strong demand for more effective yet less costly access to information in business. Today, Termtek has become a leading thin client company capable of providing total embedded OS solutions.

Our award-winning Windows Based Terminals (WBTs) and intelligent Remote Manager Software (RM) have received hot demand and high reputation from our distributors and OEM/ODM partners worldwide. Mission
Termtek has been dedicated to the Embedded system related products for more than a decade. With this experience, we constantly develop and create flexible and multi function IA products.

Milestone
1994 Capital increased to NT 10 million dollars.
‧The first ASIC chip TKA-886 for ASII/ANSI Color terminal was launched.
1995 Termtek started to sell ASIC type ASCII/ANSI Color terminal.
‧Sales revenues double increased.

1996 Termtek launched TCP/IP Ethernet terminal (TK-735).

1997 Bought the second factory which was also in Chung Ho City.
‧The space was expanded to 1,000 square meters.

1998 Termtek moved to the new building.
‧Chinese version ASIC chip for ASCII/ANSI terminal was launched.
‧Termtek started to develop Windows Based Terminal (WBT).
‧+A32 TK-3000, based on WinCE 2.11.
‧TK-3000 won " The most Important Technology Developer" award from Taiwan Industrial
Development Ministry of Economic Affairs

2000 Venture Capital- stock share was funded by WK Technology.
‧Capital increased to US $ 6 million dollars.
‧Employees increased to 40 people.

2001 TK-3000 WBT won two awards.
‧"Enterprises Innovation Research Award" and " Rising star Award" from the Taiwan government.

2001 Capital increased to US$ 8 million dollars.
‧stock share opened to public market in April.

2002 Planning "officially opened to the public" in Taiwan at the 3rd quarter of 2003.

‧Termtek passed ISO 9001 approval.

2004 Termtek was listed in OTC stock exchange market in Taiwan.
